WANTED: 1-2 Bedroom rental property in Comox Valley - Sept 1st

Hi there- I'm a 34 year old professional in search of a long term rental property in Comox Valley from September 1st. Ideally I am looking for either a 1 or 2 bedroom suite or home to rent and preferably in a quiet area such as Cumberland, Royston, Merville, North Courtenay or Union Bay. I work full time as a Project Manager for an Arts Organisation based on the island. Originally from Scotland, I have been living on Vancouver Island for the past two years. I would consider myself a tidy, mature and quiet tenant who doesn't smoke and doesn't have pets. I enjoy outdoor sports in my spare time- including hiking, rock climbing and kayaking- and also reading and gardening when at home. I'm happy to provide employment and previous landlord references.
