$900 · Lady of 65 seeking small Apartment

I'm 65F Nonsmoker No pets Quiet Spotless Organized and looking for a LONG TERM. I respect my landlord/neighbors and expect the same in return. Rent/utilities are paid honorably on time always. Excellent references. DD can be paid promptly. I'm not a 'high end' person but I"m no hoarder or slob either. I live in cleanly. The old fashioned down-home country lady at heart. My income is secure / I'm a content soul. I'm retired from working ...I write books / illustrate them myself and enjoy learning the marketing world with getting my works out there. I am not sure they 'exist" anymore...but my heart wants to find a really good landlord... down-home REAL people. Someone with a little basement suite with WINDOWS / quaint and just right for little old me. Maybe a small patio all my own / garden space...maybe they'll allow me to help out with keeping up the yard and gardens. Man, I love flowers! A clothesline ..its a thing of the past I've been told...but by golly, is it ever nice to hang your duds and bedding outside in the fresh air...sleep is so much better! Presently, I'm living in the Duncan area. This property is sold and needs far too many 'dire' repairs for me to be able to stay. So, the new owners are gems, they're kind and good to me. Giving me time to hunt down my new home. Generous. If you're out there 'new landlord' of mine...give me a holler. I'm looking forward to meeting you. V
