It was sold to developers, so I now need a new place to call home. I always pay my rent on-time and I'm quiet and very clean. I have great references and credit. I have a flea-free 6 year-old male neutered cat that I walk on a leash daily, so access to some green space would be ideal. He never runs loose and does his business in his litter box. All I ask for is a bathtub and room for plants on a patio or deck. I'm fine with a bachelor or one bedroom within 5 miles of shopping. I have a car, but prefer to walk.
